For the past 15 years, Steve and Joe at Veloce Automotive Ringwood have been my go-to guys for anything car-related, and I've yet to have a single issue. Was looking for a more cost effective alternative to service our new Volkswagon rather than at the Dealer. The guys mentioned the book can be completed and it's certified for warranty, so was pleased to have found another local option. Could not recommend Steve and Joe from Veloce more!I initially contacted the team at Veloce a few months ago to diagnose and repair my cars none starting issue, which turned out to the shift selector needing to be replaced.Ever since, I have been going their regularly for all me vehicle servicing needs.Steve and Joe are efficient, competitive with price, know there stuff to a T, are always willing to provide advice and excellent communicators. They never leave you in the lurch and keep you updated at every step from the initial booking, to diagnosis to repair and then pickup.An excellent team and HIGHLY recommended!

I got Roadworthy test done today at Veloce. My car is 11 years old but in good condition. Stuff of Veloce did the job in just half day and gave me the certificate without any extra repairing cost. Also, yesterday they sent me massage to remind me my booking. Very good service and efficient work!

During the period between Christmas and New Year, my car began to make funny noises. Fearing significant damage and with my usual mechanic workshop interstate, I was relieved to find Veloce Automotive was open, able to accommodate me at short notice and came highly recommended. 5 stars is not enough for Joe and Steve. From calling at 2pm they were able to book me in the following morning, quickly diagnose the problem and communicated fantastically. They work for the customer to find the best option and price, have fantastic suppliers who understand their vision and passion and together it only benefits the customer. Joe was always able to be contacted, would keep me informed along the way and would explain the work done and needed in terms that I could understand.Joe and Steve are fantastic, honest and reliable and I look forward to using them again and referring them to friends and family.

Booked in with veloce automotive for a scheduled minor service on my subaru liberty. Steve and Joe are very polite and professional guys. Very welcoming and accommodating to my busy schedule.They did a very professional job and Steve diagnosed a major problem with my car. He was honest and explained to me what exactly needs to be done and also how long and how much it will cost me. I am very confident that my car is in good honest hands with these guys and I highly recommend them if you need a good honest and reliable mechanic. Left my VW golf with one of the owners Joe for a service and told him about a noise coming from the engine, after speaking to him I immediately felt that me and my car where in safe hands, he was very knowledgeable and straight to the point, after having my car for a few hours he found that the engine tray underneath the car was broken and rattleing, he called straight away and gave me a few options to fix it depending on how much I had to spend, after repairing it to save me some money he gave the car back within the day, I will definantly be bringing my car back and my wife's car aswell, their customer service was second to none and they had my car back to me quickly and efficiently.
