Due to the nature of the parts we supply, change of mind returns are not accepted. In exceptional cases, a return may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Veloce Automotive requires all returned or exchanged items to be securely re-packaged in their original packaging, including any hardware, accessories, or promotional items such as stickers, booklets, etc.
If items are not returned in this condition, Veloce Automotive reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange. Any re-shipping costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
Factory Faults & Manufacturing Defects
We understand that manufacturing faults can occasionally occur. If your item arrives with a factory defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing clear photos of the issue along with your order number to service@veloceautomotive.com.au.
Once assessed, if the item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a store credit, refund, or exchange for another item of your choice..
