Vehicle Roadside Assist

Every new customer who books a scheduled service at our Ringwood workshop receives a complimentary 12-month roadside assistance package, at no extra cost. It activates with your first service — there is no paperwork to fill in.

What the roadside package covers

The package is provided and attended by a dedicated roadside assistance provider. If you break down, you call the provider and they come to your vehicle. Cover includes:

• Flat battery and jump starts
• Battery replacement
• Flat tyre assistance
• Emergency fuel
• Up to four call-outs per year
• Metropolitan towing
• Country towing

Veloce Automotive is a workshop, not a mobile service

We want to be straight with you about who does what. Veloce Automotive is a fixed workshop at 33 Palmerston East Road, Ringwood VIC 3134. We do not run a mobile mechanic service and we do not carry out repairs at the roadside — mechanical work needs a hoist, diagnostic equipment and the right parts on hand.

The roadside assistance in your package is delivered by the roadside provider, who handles the call-out, the jump start, the tyre change or the tow. If your vehicle is towed, we can book it straight into our workshop for diagnosis and repair.

What we do at our Ringwood workshop

Once your car is with us, our qualified technicians handle the mechanical side:

• Fault diagnosis and electronic diagnostics to find out what actually caused the breakdown
• Logbook servicing to manufacturer specification
• Suspension and brake repairs

• Roadworthy certificate inspections as a licensed vehicle tester

Roadside assistance provides valuable support when something goes wrong, but preventative vehicle maintenance remains important for reducing the likelihood of avoidable breakdowns.
