Online service record updates

For selected Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and Volkswagen vehicles from 2016 onwards, we can update the online service record through the relevant manufacturer service system where available — the same record, without the dealer price list.

For every other make we complete and stamp your logbook in full.

We service most other makes as well, and we are a VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester (EX12155), so a roadworthy certificate can be done at the same visit from $265.

Common questions

Does servicing outside the dealer void my new car warranty?

Not by itself. The ACCC's published position on new car warranties is that a manufacturer cannot make its warranty conditional on you servicing at their dealer, provided the vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturer's schedule, by qualified staff, using parts of appropriate quality. What matters is that the work is done to schedule, recorded properly, and the right parts are used.

Will the manufacturer still see my service history?

For selected Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and Volkswagen vehicles from 2016 onwards, yes. We can update the online service record through the relevant manufacturer service system where available. For other makes we complete and stamp your logbook in full.

Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and Volkswagen, for selected vehicles from 2016 onwards. That is the full extent of what we can update, and we do not claim it for any other marque.

Do you use genuine parts?

We use genuine or OEM-equivalent parts for logbook work, chosen to meet the manufacturer's specification for your model.
