Left my VW golf with one of the owners Joe for a service and told him about a noise coming from the engine, after speaking to him I immediately felt that me and my car where in safe hands, he was very knowledgeable and straight to the point, after having my car for a few hours he found that the engine tray underneath the car was broken and rattleing, he called straight away and gave me a few options to fix it depending on how much I had to spend, after repairing it to save me some money he gave the car back within the day, I will definantly be bringing my car back and my wife's car aswell, their customer service was second to none and they had my car back to me quickly and efficiently.

Amazing service. From the moment we called to book the appointment, they were honest, open and clear about costs. We had to do a major service to our recently bought second hand car, but we also wanted them to check a couple of other issues. They did without charging us anything else, they identified the problem and spent the time to explain to us what was going on. We left happy that we found mechanics we can trust.

First time visiting Veloce Automotive and the service was great. I can be a little apprehensive when it comes trades and services. The moment I walked in and spoke to Joe, I was immediately comfortable. We discussed that he would find out what the issue is and then he would call me, let me know the course of action and how much it would cost. Joe did exactly that. He even found other issues and asked if I wanted them sorted out at the same time, which I agreed. The service wasnt overly expensive, it was less than what I thought, by midday the service was complete. Extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Veloce Automotive.Thanks Joe, Steve and team.

When recently looking to put my car (at last) on club registration, I started to look into getting a RWC as part of the requirements. Now this was the reason I've put it off for so many years, too many poor experiences with mechanics finding things which are not required and having to argue it away just to get the form.I spoke to a number of highly rated mechanics and some who I knew previously or were referred to via the club, and it started heading down the too hard road once again. Many didn't do it any more, some didn't want to, and the one who did made it sound such an ordeal, and with a high unknown cost due to the new Vic regulations. I considered just leaving the standard registration in place.Then I thought of Veloce. I'd previously been to Veloce and was left very pleased with their honestly and integrity, so I gave them a call for a chat. And it just seemed to be no problem at all, it's a Japanese sports car (GTR) and I thought they focus on Euro models. Not the case. They're very experienced with Japanese imports.Popped the car over on the appointed date, they offered me a courtesy car which I hadn't booked as someone had cancelled last minute, which was excellent, and an hour or so later I received a call saying all good, RWC done, nothing to do, and they were cheaper.I'm a fussy car enthusiast and will be taking all of my cars to Veloce in the future whenever I need some support.Thanks team for the honesty and for making the entire process so painless and simple. Was an absolute pleasureIf you're concerned about being told or sold something you didn't want or need by a workshop, go to Veloce beacuse if my experiences are anything to go by, you will be treated with the utmost respect and only be recommended what is actually required.

Selling a car privately is always stressful (for me anyway) add to that purchaser (family) needed a vehicle due to having sold already also. Steve of Veloce listened to the needs of real life, understood and responded! Booking in for a RWC at very late notice, sure I needed to leave it for the day so they could fit it in but hey not a big issue. Great customer service! Thanks Veloce!

Could not recommend Steve and Joe from Veloce more!I initially contacted the team at Veloce a few months ago to diagnose and repair my cars none starting issue, which turned out to the shift selector needing to be replaced.Ever since, I have been going their regularly for all me vehicle servicing needs.Steve and Joe are efficient, competitive with price, know there stuff to a T, are always willing to provide advice and excellent communicators. I got Roadworthy test done today at Veloce. My car is 11 years old but in good condition. Stuff of Veloce did the job in just half day and gave me the certificate without any extra repairing cost. Also, yesterday they sent me massage to remind me my booking. Very good service and efficient work!

During the period between Christmas and New Year, my car began to make funny noises. Fearing significant damage and with my usual mechanic workshop interstate, I was relieved to find Veloce Automotive was open, able to accommodate me at short notice and came highly recommended. 5 stars is not enough for Joe and Steve. From calling at 2pm they were able to book me in the following morning, quickly diagnose the problem and communicated fantastically. They work for the customer to find the best option and price, have fantastic suppliers who understand their vision and passion and together it only benefits the customer. Joe was always able to be contacted, would keep me informed along the way and would explain the work done and needed in terms that I could understand.Joe and Steve are fantastic, honest and reliable and I look forward to using them again and referring them to friends and family.
